Returned goods will be checked together with the receipt, and the goods must be in good condition. The packaging should also be in its original condition, in the original shipping container as received. If the goods have been used or damaged by the customer, no refund will be given. Yue Works is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Once we have checked and confirmed the returned goods, your refund will be issued within 14 working days of confirmation.
