We ship throughout Malaysia using EasyParcel and its partner couriers.
Order processing
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery times
- West Malaysia — typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) — typically 4–7 working days after dispatch.
These are the couriers’ own estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The exact amount is shown before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.
Tracking
Once your parcel is collected by the courier, we will email you a tracking number. You can also see it in your account under Order History.
Receiving your parcel
Please check that the packaging is intact before accepting delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, take a photograph before opening it and contact us the same day so we can raise it with the courier.
