This policy explains what personal information Yue Works 悦香坊 collects when you use www.yueworks.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and, if you provide it, your telephone number.
- Delivery details — the shipping address you enter at checkout.
- Order history — what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
- Sign-in information — if you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google tells us your name, email address and whether that email is verified. We never receive your Google password.
- Technical information — your IP address at the time you log in, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your basket.
What we do not collect
We do not store your card number, CVV or online banking credentials. Payments are handled on Fiuu’s own secure payment page; your card details are entered there and never reach our servers.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To provide customer support and handle returns.
- To maintain your account and order history.
- To send newsletters and promotions, but only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with:
- Fiuu — our payment gateway, to take payment for your order.
- EasyParcel and the courier — your name, address and phone number, so your parcel can be delivered.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to close your account at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, email admins@yueworks.com.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in and remembering the contents of your basket. Blocking these will stop checkout from working.
